With due respect, we beg to state that we are the students of your school. As you know, games and sports are essential for keeping the body fit and the mind fresh, and they teach us discipline, teamwork and the spirit of fair play.

It is a matter of great regret that the games facilities of our school are very poor. We do not have enough sports materials such as footballs, cricket bats, volleyballs and other equipment. Moreover, our playground is small and uneven, so we cannot play or practise properly. For want of these facilities, most of us are losing interest in games.

We firmly believe that if the school provides more sports equipment and arranges a proper, well-levelled playground, we will be able to take part in games regularly and improve both our health and our results.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly increase the games facilities of our school by supplying more sports materials and preparing a proper playground, and oblige thereby.
