IELTS Results, TRF & Validity
Your IELTS results come as a Test Report Form (TRF) showing a band for each module and your overall band.
- Computer-delivered results: about 3–5 days.
- Paper-based results: about 13 days.
- A TRF is normally valid for two years from the test date.
- You can send TRF copies to institutions; extra copies may cost a small fee.
If you are unhappy with a result, you can apply for a re-mark (Enquiry on Results) within a set number of weeks.
Yes — you can request an Enquiry on Results (re-mark) within the deadline. If your score rises, the fee is refunded.
