There are two ways to check an SSC result — on the website (with marks) and by SMS (GPA only). The site is under heavy load on results day, so it pays to know both. The most recent SSC 2026 result was published on 10 July 2026, with a 68.45% pass rate and 139,032 students earning GPA-5.
How to check your result online
- Go to educationboardresults.gov.bd or eboardresults.com.
- Select SSC or its equivalent under “Examination”.
- Select 2027 under “Year”.
- Select your education board.
- Enter your roll number and registration number correctly.
- Solve the captcha sum and press Submit — the result appears with marks.
The servers are under heavy load for the first few hours after publication. If the site will not load, try again shortly or use SMS.
How to check your result by SMS
From any mobile operator, send the following format to 16222. The result comes back by return SMS (standard charges apply).
Format: SSC <first 3 letters of board> <roll number> 2027
Example (Dhaka board): SSC DHA 123456 2027
Dakhil candidates use MAD as the board code, and Technical or Vocational candidates use TEC.
Getting your marksheet and transcript
- The subject-wise marksheet is available under “Individual Result” on eboardresults.com.
- Institution-wise results (using the EIIN) can be downloaded under “Institution Result” on the same site.
- The original academic transcript and certificate are collected from your own institution after a set period.
- If the marksheet has an error, apply to the board for a correction through your institution promptly.
The 11 education boards of Bangladesh and their codes
SSC is held under 11 boards — nine general education boards plus the Madrasah and Technical boards — on the same day at the same time. The three-letter code below is what you type in a result or board-challenge SMS.
| Education board | SMS code | Website |
|---|---|---|
| Dhaka | DHA | dhakaeducationboard.gov.bd |
| Rajshahi | RAJ | rajshahieducationboard.gov.bd |
| Cumilla | COM | comillaboard.gov.bd |
| Jashore | JES | jessoreboard.gov.bd |
| Chattogram | CHI | bise-ctg.gov.bd |
| Barishal | BAR | barisalboard.gov.bd |
| Sylhet | SYL | sylhetboard.gov.bd |
| Dinajpur | DIN | dinajpureducationboard.gov.bd |
| Mymensingh | MYM | mymensingheducationboard.gov.bd |
| Madrasah | MAD | bmeb.gov.bd |

What to do once the result is out
- Download the marksheet and check every subject’s marks and grade.
- If a subject’s marks look unexpectedly low, apply for a board challenge within the window.
- Find out when the online Class 11 admission application opens — it starts within a few weeks of the result.
- Draft your list of college choices early rather than rushing on the final day.
- If you did not pass, do not despair — find out the rules for the improvement exam and start preparing.
Frequently asked questions
Go to educationboardresults.gov.bd or eboardresults.com, enter the exam, year, board, roll and registration numbers and submit — you get the subject-wise marksheet. SMS returns only the GPA, not the marks.
Send SSC <first 3 letters of board> <roll number> <year> to 16222 — for example, SSC DHA 123456 2027 for Dhaka board.
By SMS the roll number is enough. But the website needs the registration number to show the detailed marksheet with marks.
If you doubt the marks, apply for a board challenge (re-scrutiny) within the window. For a name or data error, apply to the board for a correction through your institution.
