Our ServicesPaid Professional Service

From university selection and the EMGS application to the Student Pass and airport pickup — as Bangladesh’s best study abroad agency for Malaysia, we handle the whole process.

Free Profile Assessment

We match your grades and budget to the best option among public universities, Malaysian private universities and foreign branch campuses.

EMGS Application & eVAL

The Student Pass application at Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS), medical screening, document upload and securing the eVAL (visa approval letter) before you travel.

Application & Offer Letter

Multiple applications, document attestation and securing an unconditional offer letter — decisions usually come through quickly.

Scholarships & Fee Waivers

Malaysian private universities offer merit-based tuition waivers of 20–100%; we work to secure the maximum discount your results qualify you for.

Single-Entry Visa & Student Pass

Full guidance on the single-entry visa from the Malaysian High Commission in Dhaka after the eVAL, and on getting the Student Pass sticker endorsed in your passport after arrival.

Pre-Departure & Arrival Support

Practical help with flights, hostel or shared apartment, airport pickup, the post-arrival medical check-up and opening a bank account.

Work Rights & Opportunities

Get a clear picture of the work limits while studying in Malaysia, your family’s options and the post-study Graduate Pass.

20 Hours a Week, Holidays Only

International students may work up to 20 hours a week, but only during semester breaks or holidays longer than seven days — not during term. The permitted sectors are also restricted (restaurants, mini-markets, petrol stations and hotels, excluding reception roles).

Spouse & Family Options

Postgraduate (master’s/PhD) students can usually bring a spouse and children on a dependant pass, subject to proof of funds. The dependant pass does not itself allow work — that requires converting to a separate work permit.

12-Month Graduate Pass After Study

After completing your degree the Graduate Pass scheme lets you stay in Malaysia for up to 12 months to look for work, intern or start a business, with the option to convert to an Employment Pass once you have a suitable job.
