Answer: a proper name that is spelled out in the recording, e.g. “Peterson”. Tip: names are almost always spelled letter-by-letter in Section 1 — write each letter as you hear it, then read it back.

Answer: B) 8pm. Beware distractors — the speaker often mentions a wrong time first (“we used to close at 6”), then corrects it (“but now it’s 8”). Always wait for the final, confirmed detail.
Answer: follow directions relative to a fixed landmark (“opposite the entrance”, “at the end of the corridor on your left”). Orient yourself to the “you are here” marker before the audio starts.
