Cue card. Describe a person who once helped you. You should say:
The person who helped me most was my elder sister, during a very difficult period when I was preparing for my university admission exams. I was overwhelmed and losing confidence, and she stepped in without being asked — she made a study timetable with me, quizzed me late into the night, and constantly reassured me that I was capable. What struck me was that she did this while managing her own demanding job. Thanks to her support I not only passed but felt genuinely believed in for the first time. I felt deeply grateful, and it’s something I’ve tried to repay by helping others whenever I can.
