Subject: Application for setting up a computer club.
Sir
With due respect, we, the students of your school, beg to state that in this age of information technology, knowledge of computers has become essential for every student. Unfortunately, our school has no computer club or lab where we can learn and practise these skills, and most of us have no computer at home.
If a computer club is set up with a few computers, an internet connection and the guidance of a teacher, we shall be able to develop our ICT skills, prepare projects, and keep pace with the modern world. It will greatly help us in our studies and future careers.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly take the necessary steps to set up a computer club in our school and oblige us thereby.
We remain,
Sir,
Your obedient students,
The students
