Overview
The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is a multilateral development bank, and its scholarship programme is structurally unlike the others here because it belongs to no single state. It funds five levels: bachelor’s, technical and vocational diplomas (TVET), master’s, PhD and postdoctoral work.
Eligibility runs on citizenship: nationals of IsDB member countries, plus members of Muslim communities living in non-member countries, may apply. Bangladesh is a member country, so the door is directly open to Bangladeshi candidates. IsDB charges no application fee at any stage.
What the scholarship covers
- Tuition fees at approved universities
- Accommodation costs and a monthly living stipend
- Return air tickets

- No application fee at any stage, which IsDB states explicitly

- The prerequisite qualification for your level, with strong results
